About

A Taipei practice for brands crossing into Taiwan

Desktop Havenhub exists to help consumer brands make clearer entry decisions — when to list, whom to meet, and what to change before the first carton arrives.

Official name and history

The official registered business name is Desktop Havenhub Advisory Co., Ltd. The practice was established in 2014 in Taipei after its founders spent years supporting imported personal care and specialty food launches across Taiwan’s convenience, specialty, and department-store channels.

Early work focused on helping overseas brand managers prepare partner meetings and packaging revisions. Over time the firm expanded into full market-entry advisories: category reads, channel partner mapping, localization reviews, and soft-landing briefings for leadership teams visiting Taiwan.

Today Desktop Havenhub remains a consulting practice — human-delivered advisory rooted in store observation, commercial judgment, and written briefs. We are based at Street: 2F, No.5, Sec.5; City: Xinyi Rd.; State/province/area: Taipei.

How we work

We start with your SKUs, price architecture, and supply reality — not a generic country overview. Advisors combine desk research with store walks and network soundings relevant to your category.

Mid-engagement workshops are deliberate pressure tests. If the honest recommendation is to wait, we say so and explain the commercial reasons.

Deliverables are written for operators: channel criteria, localization notes, sequenced next steps. We coordinate with your counsel on regulatory topics; we do not replace legal representation.
